MelloJam is live

Today we are launching MelloJam, a simpler way for businesses to play great background music.

We built MelloJam for the places where music matters, but nobody has time to manage a complicated system. Open the player, choose a mood, press play, and let the music support the atmosphere of the room.

One simple player for the whole business

MelloJam runs in the browser, so your team can use the equipment you already have. Owners can keep the music experience consistent across their business without asking every location to manage a different subscription or setup.

The first version of the platform includes:

• A full catalogue of MelloJam music made for long business hours
• Mood based lists that are easy for every member of staff to understand
• Search across lists and tracks when you want something specific
• Previous, play, pause, next, volume, and queue controls
• A responsive player that works across desktop and mobile screens

Straightforward pricing

Plans start at $9 per month for one active player. The Multi plan supports up to 10 active players for $19 per month, and the Unlimited plan supports unlimited active players for $99 per month.

Every plan includes the full MelloJam catalogue and the commercial playback rights covered by that catalogue. Local public performance requirements can vary by country and venue, so businesses should still check the rules that apply to them.

You can listen for free for seven days, then choose the plan that fits how many active players you need.

This is the beginning

We are launching with the foundation in place, and we will keep improving it. Future updates will cover new music, player improvements, better tools for managing more than one location, and the small details that make MelloJam easier to use every day.
