How do I change or cancel a OneMusic Australia licence?

Check your licence terms, then contact OneMusic Australia with the account number, business name, premises and requested effective date. Explain whether you are closing, moving, changing business activity or stopping one type of music use.

Ask for written confirmation of the change or cancellation. Stopping a streaming subscription does not automatically cancel a separate OneMusic licence, and a change in use may require an amended licence instead.

Use the current OneMusic Australia licensing and contact pages rather than relying on an old email address or invoice instruction.

You do not need a separate OneMusic Australia licence if you only use MelloJam

If your business plays only MelloJam music through the MelloJam player, you are not using music from the repertoire covered by OneMusic Australia's licensing route. MelloJam's original catalogue and the commercial playback rights it controls are included in your MelloJam plan, so you do not need a separate licence from OneMusic Australia for the MelloJam playback itself.

A separate non-waivable venue charge can still apply where local law imposes one. Radio, television, Spotify, other recordings, live music, DJs, events, copying and online use are outside the MelloJam plan.
