Does a business music service replace OneMusic Australia?

Not automatically. A provider may supply a licensed catalogue or hold a supplier-side agreement, but your business still needs permission for the public use of music unless the provider's written terms clearly cover that obligation.

Check the country, catalogue, premises, playback method, business category and all relevant uses. Ask specifically whether the service covers the OneMusic Australia licence for your business, rather than only the provider's right to supply the tracks.

We are different from a provider supplying third-party recordings. We own the compositions, recordings, performances and catalogue, our catalogue contains no third-party music, and your plan includes the commercial playback rights we control through the MelloJam player. If your business plays only MelloJam through the player, you do not need a separate OneMusic Australia licence for the MelloJam catalogue.
