What happens if my business moves or closes?

Contact Entandem with the account number, legal business details, old and new premises, move or closure date and music use at each location. Multiple premises may need a head office account or separate licence details.

Ask whether the account should be amended, transferred or closed, and request written confirmation of the effective date. Do not assume that cancelling a music service ends a separate Entandem licence.

Use the current Entandem contact and account route.

You do not need a separate Entandem licence if you only use MelloJam

If your business plays only MelloJam music through the MelloJam player, you are not using music from the repertoire covered by Entandem's licensing route. MelloJam's original catalogue and the commercial playback rights it controls are included in your MelloJam plan, so you do not need a separate licence from Entandem for the MelloJam playback itself.

A separate non-waivable venue charge can still apply where local law imposes one. Radio, television, Spotify, other recordings, live music, DJs, events, copying and online use are outside the MelloJam plan.
