How do I change or cancel an Entandem licence?

Log in to the Entandem account or contact the licensing team with the account number, business name, premises, requested effective date and reason for the change. Explain whether you are closing, moving, changing business activity or stopping one music use.

Ask for written confirmation. A new event, live music use or changed premises may require a different licence rather than cancellation.

You do not need a separate Entandem licence if you only use MelloJam

If your business plays only MelloJam music through the MelloJam player, you are not using music from the repertoire covered by Entandem's licensing route. MelloJam's original catalogue and the commercial playback rights it controls are included in your MelloJam plan, so you do not need a separate licence from Entandem for the MelloJam playback itself.

A separate non-waivable venue charge can still apply where local law imposes one. Radio, television, Spotify, other recordings, live music, DJs, events, copying and online use are outside the MelloJam plan.
